For App Store subscriptions
We don't have access to your Apple ID account and thus cannot make any changes remotely, only you personally can manage your Apple Subscriptions. Here is what you need to do:
- Open your phone Settings
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Tap the Dancebit Subscription
- Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase

For Google Play subscriptions
We don't have access to your Google Play account and thus cannot make any changes remotely, only you personally can manage your Google subscriptions. Here is what you need to do:
- Open the Google Play app
- Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
- Find the subscription to Dancebit
- Tap Manage subscription
- Select the new plan you want to switch to
- Select a supported payment method
- Tap Buy or Subscribe

Note: if you used your PayPal account to purchase the subscription, we're sorry to say that the plan can't be altered due to a limitation on PayPal's part.
