We technically can't charge for a canceled plan. The most common explanations for persisting charges after cancellation are given below.
The plan is still active
Verify that the cancellation actually went through by following the links below:
- App Store purchases
- Google Play purchases
- Purchases done through the website https://dance-bit.com/
You have multiple plans
The most common scenario is the following:
- You had a free trial subscription in your Apple ID/Google Play account
- This trial subscription was canceled
- You then purchased another subscription, this time directly from our website https://dance-bit.com/
- The web subscription can only be canceled in the app (not Apple/Google)
The subscription was canceled after the renewal was initiated
Pay attention to the time of the plan renewal and the time of the plan cancellation. Here’s an example:
- The renewal charge is scheduled for 12:15 PM
- You cancel the plan at 12:45 PM
- The renewal charge goes through on time and appears on your bank statement 2 days later
In this scenario, the subscription was active at the moment the renewal was due, so the cancellation was made after it went through.
