Here are the main points when it comes to using Dancebit on multiple devices:
- Your progress won't sync across different devices 😓. This may not be the answer you were hoping for, so if you'd like to request this feature, contact our support.
- iOS subscriptions can't be transferred to Android devices, and vice-versa. The only option is to purchase two different subscriptions: one from Google for the Android device, and one from the App Store for the iOS device.
- The app won't run on a PC (Mac/Windows).
However, you can still move your Premium subscription to another device that supports it. See the guides below.
For iOS purchases
If your Dancebit subscription is associated with your Apple ID account and you'd like to use it on a different iOS device, do the following:
- Make sure you use the same Apple ID account, for which the purchase was made.
- Press the Restore button on the subscription screen:
For Android purchases
If your Dancebit subscription is associated with your Google account and you'd like to use it on a different Android device, do the following:
- Open Google Play Market and download Dancebit, making sure you use the same Google account, for which the purchase was made.
- Launch Dancebit and Log in to your account within the app.
For Web purchases
If you purchased your Dancebit subscription directly from our website, download the app on your other device and log in to your Premium account associated with the purchase:
- Download Dancebit to a new device
- Launch the app
- Tap Log in >> Log In again on the next screen
- Log in to your account with your credentials
