This article covers the most common issues encountered with mobile apps, and how to troubleshoot them.
Common issues:
- You see a blank screen upon Dancebit launch
- Constant video buffering
- The buttons within the app are unresponsive
- App crashes
Troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you’re using the most recent app version; outdated versions may contain bugs we have already fixed. Open the app page in the App Store/Google Play Market and check for available updates.
- Check that your device is compatible with the app. Minimum requirements are:
- iOS 15.0 or later
- Android 10 and up
- Check your internet connection: switch from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, and vice versa.
- Re-install the app, but bear in mind that this will remove any progress you have made without the possibility of restoring.
