Dancebit is a dance app that offers a personalized 28-day dance challenge for better health. With Dancebit, you shake your body, have fun, and lose weight at home, all at the same time without noisy gyms.
Each day, you get access to the dance videos according to the preferences you expressed in the questionnaire during the sign-up process. The program includes different dance styles, not only chosen ones, which allows users to work on all muscle groups and see better results.
To achieve your goal, we highly recommend you keep up with the program and practice it every day, even for a little bit. Try not to skip or make big pauses in between your daily workouts.
Note: The app is currently available for Android and iOS devices.
How long is my personal program? What do I do when I complete it?
For iOS users:
After completing the 28-day program on iOS, you will be prompted to go through the questions again and create a new program, where you can change the level or continue with the chosen one.
We also recommend exploring the Workouts tab, where you can find and filter the content by:
- Difficulty level
- Styles
- Duration
- Target areas
For Android users:
Your personalized program lasts for 28 days, and after you complete it, you can either go back and start from the beginning or select any of the completed days in random order (enter the program >>> choose the training day on the top panel).
