The personal dance challenge you see in the My Challenge tab is tailored to your goals and the answers you gave in your registration survey. If you see some dance styles you haven't chosen for yourself, that means we chose them for you because they work well for your target areas.
If you don't like your challenge, here's what you can do:
- Go to Profile >> Profile Details and change the information there. Your challenge will be updated accordingly, provided you haven't started it yet.
- If you've already started the challenge, we recommend you complete it in full or skip the videos you don't like. After the first 28 days, you'll be prompted to set new goals and create a new program.
- Go to Workouts in your app menu. You can choose your dancing level in the top panel or click on the search symbol to filter the dances by level, time, style, and target area.
