Dancebit lets you choose from 3 dance levels:
- Newbie
- Intermediate
- Advanced
Here are the main differences between the levels:
- Intensity: The Newbie level offers slow, gentle movements, while the Advanced level offers more intense, calorie-burning exercises.
- Speed: If you are looking for fast-paced, energetic exercises, try Intermediate or Advanced dances.
- Duration: The Newbie level generally offers shorter videos.
How do I choose my dance level?
- Open your Dancebit app.
- Choose Workouts in the app menu.
- Select your level at the top:
